Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, SC. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support property leasing, investment sales, and brand awareness for Woodlock Capital's portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing plans and campaigns, creating property and corporate marketing collateral, managing online listings and digital channels, and coordinating photography, videography, and signage. The Marketing Manager will analyze market trends and competitor activities, maintain consistent brand standards across platforms, and collaborate closely with leasing, acquisitions, and asset management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending optimizations to improve lead generation and engagement.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in commercial real estate or property marketing, including experience with listing platforms and market research tools.
• Strong capabilities in digital marketing, such as social media management, email marketing, and basic SEO for property and corporate campaigns.
• Proficiency in content creation and design coordination, including marketing copywriting, oversight of visual assets, and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
• Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating events or promotions, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to present marketing plans and performance results to stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.
