Parts Manager
Movement Search & Delivery
Manage parts department while collaborating with other department managers to ensure smooth day to day operations and customer satisfaction. Support parts sales department in assisting customers in solving their parts needs to ensure effective operation of their equipment. Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone. Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests for parts, service quotes, and order delivery while promoting efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintain and enhance parts sales pipeline to promote robust business operations. Communicate with both vendors and customers regarding parts availability issues, updates, and the need to expedite deliveries. Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. Qualifications: Technical knowledge of heavy, construction, earthmoving, agricultural, and/or material handling equipment parts required. Previous experience leading & managing others is preferred. The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and delegate. Excellent communication, delegation, and follow through. Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
