Job Description:
- Deliver WOW-level customer service to all customers with enthusiasm and care
- Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and make outbound calls efficiently
- Meet with potential clients to Assess and Educate on insurance products
- Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and generate company leads to build lasting client relationships

- Competitive earnings: First-year on-target agents earn $50,000 $75,000, Senior agents average $85,000-$125,000 annually
- Full-time position with a consistent 35-45 hour workweek (NO PART-TIME HOURS)

Requirements:
- High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
