- CPR/AED certified and ready to lead from the front
- Own every aspect of club operations: sales, staffing, training, member experience
- Oversee and manage your team of leaders and their departments: Personal Training, Front Desk, Group Fitness, Facilities/Maintenance
- Drive membership revenue, smash KPIs, and coach your team to victory
