Physical Therapist - Outpatient

This role involves providing direct patient care through evaluation and treatment primarily for outpatients. The position may also involve working with inpatients in various settings, including emergency care and acute care, as well as patients transitioning from postoperative care. The selected candidate may participate in weekend and holiday inpatient rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services at multiple locations within the region as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work varied and rotating shifts.
