Step into a day as our Industrial Automation Maintenance Specialist

You start your shift reviewing work orders, then head to a production line where a PLC‑driven machine with hydraulic components needs attention. You trace alarms, observe signals, and pinpoint whether the issue is electrical or mechanical. There’s no coding involved—your focus is on interpreting PLC behavior, isolating faults, and getting equipment back online. You partner with operators and leadership to keep uptime high, and along the way you pick up new techniques in a structured, supportive setting. Note: these systems use hydraulics—no pneumatics are involved.

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC‑controlled industrial machinery with hydraulic components (no pneumatics).
• Use PLC systems to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and restore reliable operation.
• Perform maintenance to sustain equipment performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates and management on continuous improvement goals.
• Grow your capabilities with guided training and clear development opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting PLCs (diagnostics, not programming).
• Hands‑on background with industrial machines and automation systems.
• No prior hydraulic or schematic knowledge required; any exposure is a plus.
• Ability to understand PLC language/concepts and how systems interact.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• No PLC programming needed—basic operational understanding is essential.

• Starting pay: $28–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Potential for a higher starting rate based on expertise, plus room for growth over time.
