You Will: Aid sales team in achieving planned revenue growth and delivering mutual profitability for SFE and school district partners. Print, produce, purchase, and ship promo items and marketing materials for tradeshows/sales endeavors. Maintain adequate par levels of marketing materials/equipment. Collaborate with several teams to ensure all proposal deadlines are met. Manage sales activities through CRM software (Salesforce). Build reports, dashboards, create record pages and fields, and manage the pipeline report. Help schedule and organization of presentations, pre-bid conferences and conference calls. Support the proposal production and management process. Other duties, as assigned. You Have: Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business/Communication Computer skills: MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher InDesign and CRM experience preferred Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation: $.22/hr.
