Facilities Maintenance ManagerDALRT, Inc. is looking for a dedicated, skilled, and dependable Facilities Maintenance Manager to help keep our Dunkin' locations operating safely and efficiently 24/7, 365 days a year.Pay: Up to $35.00/hourJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Multiple Dunkin' locations throughout Pennsylvania, including New Castle, Grove City, Meadville, Edinboro, and ErieQualificationsHVAC and/or refrigeration experience preferredSmall appliance and equipment repair experience preferredGeneral maintenance experience preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningPrevious experience as a team leader, supervisor, or facilities professional preferredStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs across multiple locationsPhysical stamina to perform all aspects of the position, including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working on equipment in awkward positionsAbout the RoleThe Facilities Maintenance Manager plays an important role in the daily operation of our business. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing restaurant equipment, facilities, and property across multiple locations.We're looking for someone who can identify problems, determine the most effective solution, complete repairs when appropriate, and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair restaurant equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilitiesComplete general building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs as appropriateRespond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergenciesUse a computer and/or mobile application to receive, track, and complete work ordersPerform maintenance and repairs safely and according to industry-standard practicesAssist with equipment installation, repair, and maintenance projectsPerform exterior building and grounds maintenance as neededBuild and maintain relationships with third-party vendorsEvaluate when repairs can be completed internally versus when outsourcing is more cost-effectiveCoordinate and oversee outside contractors when necessaryTravel between DALRT, Inc. locations as neededPerform additional maintenance-related duties as assignedWork a minimum of 40 hours per week, including travel timeBenefitsFully paid health, vision, and dental benefitsAflac2 weeks of vacationPaid Time Off (PTO)Holiday PayDALRT, Inc. provided vehicleCompany gas cardQuartlery Uniform AllowanceTool Allowance ProgramIf you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities running properly, we'd love to hear from you.
