Responsibilities

• Manage and lead restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
• Control inventory to minimize waste and manage supply levels
• Oversee daily operational procedures for efficiency and compliance
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost control
• Conduct staff training to maintain service quality and operational knowledge
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently met
• Create and manage employee schedules to meet staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
