Patient Services Associate | No Healthcare Experience Required You'vespent years deliveringa premiumexperience for clients who expect the best. Training is 100% provided. Your service background is the qualification. Key Responsibilities This is a structured, schedule-driven role.You'llmanage a predictable daily caseload of recurring clients,usingspecialized equipment, andown the experiencefrom check-in to session close. Build relationships with clients to maximize achieved outcomes Welcome clients, orient them to their session, andmaintaina calm, professional presence throughout Operate proprietary treatment technology according to step-by-step clinical protocols (full paid training) Document session notes and update client records accurately after each appointment Maximize client retention rates so they complete the full course of treatment Maintain a clean, organized, consistent environment that clients depend on No two clients are the same.
