Job Summary

As a Bakery Mixer, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will operate and maintain industrial mixing equipment to combine ingredients for a variety of baked goods and other food products. Your attention to detail and expertise in bakery operations will ensure the consistent quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor industrial mixing equipment to blend ingredients for breads, pastries, and other baked items.
• Recipe Adherence: Measure and add ingredients accurately according to established recipes and production specifications.
• Maintenance & Sanitation: Perform routine maintenance and deep cleaning of mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the mixing process and immediately report any deviations to production supervisors.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized work area in strict compliance with food safety and GMP regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to identify process improvements and increase overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience working in a commercial bakery or food manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in operating industrial mixing and food processing equipment. Forklift certification is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Core Skills: Ability to read, understand, and follow written recipes and production guidelines.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions

• Based entirely on-site at our food manufacturing facility.
• Fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
• Regular exposure to hot ovens, large mixers, and industrial machinery.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, work in temperature-controlled areas, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
