Roll Forming Shop Supervisor

Location: Springdale, AR
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | No Weekends

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roll Forming Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations in our metal fabrication and roll forming facility. This position is responsible for supervising production employees, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production schedules are achieved. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience and a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily roll forming and fabrication operations.
• Lead, train, and develop production employees.
• Schedule work and ensure production goals are met.
• Monitor quality standards and inspect finished products.
• Promote and enforce a safe work environment.
• Coordinate inventory and material usage.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Communicate workflow and staffing needs with management.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Roll forming experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read measuring devices and production drawings.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
