Company Description Top Mortgage Company in the USA Role Description This is a full-time position for a Mortgage Loan Originator to work along side a top producing Loan Originator Branch Manager, a Junior LO will suffice as well. The Mortgage Loan Originator will call on leads to generate business from both B2B and B2C. The Mortgage Loan Originator will build and sustain referral relationships with real estate professionals and other partners while adhering to all regulatory and company policies. This Mortgage Sales position will require following up on business opportunities for all mortgage programs with a focus on niche Renovation Loan Programs geared toward fixer upper properties. You will also assist with guiding customers through the loan application process, assess borrower needs, and recommend appropriate mortgage products. Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing financial documentation, providing accurate rate and product information, and coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely approvals. The role involves maintaining a pipeline of prospective borrowers, managing follow-ups, and delivering clear, compliant communication from initial contact through funding. Qualifications Candidates should have a burning desire to succeed and be the best in sales and marketing Proficiency with digital mortgage platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software; comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment. Candidates should possess skills in Mortgage Lending and Loans, including familiarity with various mortgage products and loan structures. Candidates should possess skills in Loan Origination, including application intake, documentation review, and pipeline management. Candidates should possess skills in Underwriting-related analysis, such as evaluating credit, income, assets, and collateral to support sound lending decisions. Candidates should possess skills in Finance, including understanding of interest rates, debt-to-income ratios, and basic financial calculations. Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Knowledge of federal, state, and local mortgage regulations; commitment to ethical and compliant lending practices.
