Internet Sales Consultant
This isn't a cold-call grind. You'll have real leads and real earning potential. Our Internet Sales team drives over 50% of total sales for one of the Pacific Northwest's top automotive groups and we're growing. If you're a sharp communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, digital-first environment, we want to talk.
What you'll do:
- Respond promptly to inbound internet leads, chats, and calls from customers already interested in buying
- Build relationships with customers throughout their buying journey from first click to signed deal
- Top priority is scheduling appointments for the sales teams
- Coordinate with our sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless, "Remarkable" customer experience
- Stay current on the latest products, incentives, and industry trends to confidently guide customers
- Confirm appointments and conduct follow-up after visits
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

What we're looking for:
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
- Strong written and verbal communication you'll be texting, emailing, and calling
- Self-motivated, coachable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Compensation & Benefits: $18$52/hr. base pay + monthly volume bonuses 401(k) with employer match (up to 50% of 5%) Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance starting first of the month after hire Paid vacation after 90 days, plus accrued sick leave Employee Vehicle Purchase Program + Referral Bonuses Employee Wellness & Assistance Programs
