Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Prepare, process, and analyze patient specimens accurately.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Review and document laboratory results according to department procedures.
• Follow quality control and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report specimen or testing discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Perform other laboratory duties as assigned.
