Candidates without hands‑on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered. Responsibilities Perform high‑quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards. Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Road‑test vehicles to verify successful repairs. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology. Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors. Qualifications Automotive experience or formal technical training required (dealership experience preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license in the state where the position is located and a good driving record. National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems, or engine performance preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
