Job Description
Requirements
- Current New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
- 2+ years of current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion
- Chemo Certification (ONS) and Oncology Certified RN (OCN)
- Peripheral IV Insertion experience
- Experience with ports, fistulas, or catheters
- EPIC Experience
- IV Certification (highly preferred)
- Previous travel experience (preferred)
- BSN (preferred)
- Current certifications: BLS, Chemo, OCN
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Permanent address must match Driver License/State ID

Compliance / Notes
- COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required.
- RTO requests during the assignment must be noted at upload; requests after upload will not be approved, and no more than 5 days will be accepted.
- Orientation: 8 hours
- Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color (no designs or cartoons, no hoodies).
- Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2 hours' notice.
