Front Desk & Visitor Experience Specialist

PACS

PACS in California is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general clerical support in the reception area. You will manage visitor sign-in, forward messages, schedule appointments, handle mail, and maintain a tidy front desk. Previous admin or receptionist experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.
