• RN field nurse productivity of 5 Visits per day.
• Needs HCHB experience and Home Care experience
• Types of Cases: All Dx discharges from Hospitals, MD offices and SNF's
• Years of experience REQ: 1
• BLS (AHA)
• Locals accepted: Yes
