We offer excellent development prospects and the ability to develop your skills to the highest level in our team.Candidate Success Factors:Candidates are measured on the following four performance drivers, which will dictate how individual impact is considered on the Americas platform:Results and Impact Able to influence peers and team.Demonstrates good judgement when making decisions of high complexity and impact.Exercise appropriate autonomy in the execution and delivery of work.Responsible for driving outcomes, which have meaningful effect on team or department.Leadership and Collaboration: Creates trust with colleagues.Acts in leadership capacity for projects, processes, or programs.Client, Customer and Stakeholder Focus: Able to build relationships with a mix of colleagues and clients.Interacts regularly with management and department leaders.Demonstrates the ability to influence stakeholders at the team level.Compliance Culture and Conduct: Takes full responsibility for personal actions and demonstrates courage in facing problems and conflicts.Perceived as a person of high moral character; upholds corporate values and displays high ethical standards.Responsibilities:The Senior Machine Learning (ML) Engineer will:Collaborate with internal clients to identify, prioritize and design high-value solutions ranging from specialized machine learning models to multi-agent systems.Understand business needs and translate them into machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI solutions.Be responsible for building end-to-end AI systems: framing the problem, prototyping the solution, deploying and monitoring it in production.Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.Communicate technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Contribute best practices for AI development, including evaluation practices, technical documentation, prompt engineering techniques, engineering standards, and design patterns.Minimum Required Qualifications:Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.Strong programming skills in Python, database manipulation (SQL).Minimum 5 years of experience requiredExperience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and libraries used for LLM / agentic workflows (such as LangChain, CrewAI, Google ADK, OpenAI Agent SDK).Experience designing and implementing RAG-based systems including complex retrieval techniques and evaluation methods.Understanding LLMs' strengths and limits, including hallucination risks, reasoning limitations, and latency / cost trade-offs.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Very strong work ethic and ability to deal with confidential information.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in deploying models or agent-based systems to production.Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins, …), ML/LLMOps (experiment tracking, tracing/observability).Experience with containerization techniques (Docker & Kubernetes).Familiarity with guardrails, human-in-the-loop patterns, and AI safety/governance considerations in enterprise environments.Experience mentoring junior team members.FINRA Registrations Required:Not ApplicableCFTC Swap Dealer Associated Person (if yes, NFA Swaps Proficiency Program is required): Not ApplicableSEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Associated Person:Not ApplicableWhile the description above describes our ideal candidate, we encourage applicants to apply even if they do not fully meet the complete list of qualifications noted.The expected starting salary range for this position is between $160,000 to $200,000 annually.
