Requirements INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) Worker's Compensation Insurance General Liability Insurance Federal EIN # Other verifiable business 18 years of age minimum Favorable background investigation results You can not be a sole proprietor We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following: Proven experience in handyman or general maintenance services (required) Broad skill set across multiple trades Ability to diagnose issues and execute repairs independently Professional tools and equipment General liability insurance (required) Workers' compensation coverage (as applicable) Reliable transportation Strong communication and professionalism Preferred Experience working in commercial environments Ability to handle multiple service types in a single visit Responsive and capable of handling time-sensitive work The Opportunity City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced handyman contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients. We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing repair, maintenance, and small project work to keep operations running smoothly. This is an opportunity to access consistent, project-based and recurring work without the need to prospect, estimate cold, or chase payments.
