- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. \n

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs effectively. \n
- Expertise in maintaining organized, accurate, and timely documentation in line with legal and ethical guidelines. \n

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing efficiency in documenting client interactions and treatment plans. \n
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches. \n
