Machine Operator Operations I/II/III

The Machine Operator Operations I/II/III is responsible for operating machinery to manufacture products in a timely manner while fulfilling quality standards. The Machine Operator Operations I/II/III will review work instructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures, comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the products they assemble and how they impact the business.
• Continuous learning of the principles, practices, and processes of their job as changes require and similar jobs
• Safely handle materials utilizing proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists/lift tables.
• Communicate hazards and/or equipment issues with leadership.
• Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed
• Cross train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as needed

Requirements:

• High school Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Work in a team environment in a professional manner
• Effectively communicate
• Utilize applicable hand tools with precision.
