This fully remote opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated clients, complex tax engagements, and a clear path toward increased leadership responsibility. If you enjoy working with closely held businesses, real estate partnerships, private equity clients, and high-net-worth individuals, this could be an excellent fit.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review complex tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S, and 1040
- Assist with tax planning, projections, extensions, and estimates
- Research technical tax issues and provide practical solutions
- Review staff work and mentor junior team members
- Build relationships with clients while providing proactive tax guidance
- Collaborate with firm leadership on complex engagements
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience with partnership, corporate, and individual taxation
- Tax return review experience preferred
- Experience with real estate, private equity, or closely held businesses is highly desirable
- CPA preferred (CPA candidates and EAs with strong experience will also be considered)
