We’re hiring an Emergency Medicine Physician who wants strong earning potential and a flexible 4-days-on, 8-days-off schedule that provides meaningful time away from medicine.

You’ll step into an Emergency Medicine role focused on evaluating, stabilizing, and treating patients with acute illnesses and injuries. You’ll manage a broad range of emergency presentations with strong clinical autonomy and support from an experienced multidisciplinary ER team.

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• You completed an Emergency Medicine residency
• You’re comfortable managing medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, psychiatric, and traumatic emergencies
• You have strong emergency procedural and critical-thinking skills
• You value clinical autonomy, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• $145–$156 per hour
• Quarterly incentive opportunity of 10% of salary
