Administer airway support, oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy, and other prescribed interventions. Monitor and adjust patient response; perform arterial blood gas monitoring and analysis as appropriate. Conduct cardiac testing and pulmonary function testing; document results and communicate findings with the care team. Manage ventilator support and related devices; ensure proper function, alarms, and safety checks are performed. Collaborate with the Cardiopulmonary Department team to plan, implement, and reassess care; provide education to patients and families as needed. Maintain equipment, inventory, and infection control standards; document activities in the patient record. Requirements Education: Current California licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner Licenses: California Respiratory Care Practitioner license Certifications: Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and competence of respiratory therapy techniques across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within the Cardiopulmonary Department Ability to work in an inpatient care environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting Eligibility to work in the United States Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Potential extension opportunities Competitive weekly compensation paid per week PAY DISCLAIMER Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
