About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation , you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with dining, hydration, and nutrition for our residents
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition to licensed nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment in patient care areas
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to our residents
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures
• Remain current with all necessary certifications, training, and continuing education requirements
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

What We Offer:

Competitive salary 21.00-26.00 per hour.

Job Requirements

• Must have weekend availability
• Current NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Prior nursing home experience is a plus!
