What You Will Do As a Sales Field Trainer, you help new and existing sales team members build skills and confidence. You train in real world settings and support growth through hands on coaching and encouragement. Job Duties (including but not limited to) Coach current teams, between offices across Indiana & Illinois, effective communication, and sales process. Lead by example - using the process and methods taught.
