In this role, you will design and deliver evidence-based fitness and wellness programs for older adults, closely collaborating with FOX clinicians to enhance functional mobility, safety, and quality of life. You will perform assessments, track outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers while contributing to our culture of respect, clinical excellence, and professional growth in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
