This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this location should be made directly to the franchisee.

We are looking for a talented customer service professional who has a passion for health & wellness and a drive to move up and potentially join our management team. Must be a self starter and willing to learn and grow with the spa.

More specifically, our spa coordinators:

• Maximize spa bookings and ensure proper guest flow
• Help with merchandising spa boutique
• Assist guests with gift card and retail recommendations
• Ensure a positive, consistent guest experience
• Support the spa and hospitality managers
• Are super organized and have an astute attention for detail
• Love working with a team
• Always make sure the spa is tidy and guest amenities are well stocked
• Managerial experience is a plus
