Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – High-Autonomy In-Home Role

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $95,000 – $109,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver in-home speech, language, and swallowing therapy.

• Evaluate patients and build individualized, functional care plans.

• Focus on meaningful outcomes, not rushed visit volumes.

• Educate patients and families to support long-term success.

• Complete documentation in EMR.

• Active Minnesota SLP license.

• Reliable transportation for field-based visits.
