Assembler Operator - $22.85/Hr.


This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.


Integrity Trade Services is hiring a ASSEMBLER OPERATOR for our manufacturing client to start at $22.85/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!


Responsibilities:


Will us manual dexterity to accurately assemble small components.

• Operate and adjust testing equipment to maintain high efficiency and smooth workflow.

• Fit parts to precise tolerances, ensuring correct operation and function.

• Participate in problem-solving exercises to identify root cause of issues.

Overtime mandatory when required, including weekends


Location: Alsip, IL


Schedule/Shift Details

• 1st shift 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong understanding of assembly operations

• Ability to read and follow standard work instructions.

• Experience working with blueprints, drawings, charts, specifications, or verbal instructions.

• Skilled in fitting parts to close tolerances

• Soldering experience is a plus.

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.


The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
