Position Overview Part‑Time Specialist Advisor – Store #: 00B180 Silver Sands Premium. The role supports the management team with sales leadership, customer experience, and store operations. As a key holder, the advisor motivates the floor team to exceed sales targets. Responsibilities Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating knowledge of Oakley products. Establish strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions. Uphold all customer‑service initiatives and processes. Assist with merchandise processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring. Support floor movement, merchandising, and display maintenance. Organize the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and cleanliness. Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is absent. Perform other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong sales experience with a proven record of achieving top results. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills. Team‑player with effective interaction skills. Good time‑management and organizational skills. Proficiency with computer use and cash‑register systems. Ability to stand most of the time and move around the sales floor or warehouse. Bilingual ability. Ability to lift merchandise up to 40 lbs. Benefits The employee pay is determined by location, experience, and qualifications.
