We are seeking a General Manager to lead operations at one of our hospitality venues in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences, mentor staff, and drive financial performance. Specific responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing operational strategies

• Supervising team performance and fostering professional growth

• Maintaining quality standards across all guest touchpoints

• Fostering and embodying the Ethos company culture

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $100,000 annually

• Equity: Eligibility for equity participation after 2 years of employment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry (required)

• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, front-of-house, and back-of-house management

• Proven ability to drive financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and compliance with safety and health regulations

• Proficiency in technology and operational software relevant to hospitality management

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
