Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager Infinity of Greenville
Join our team at Infinity of Greenville, part of Mills Automotive Group. Our company was built by Damian Mills, who started with a single dealership in 2004 and grew it on his own, with no outside help into one of the largest automotive groups in the Southeast. His story of hard work and smart growth is the same mindset we bring to developing our people. We invest in our team and help them build successful, long-term careers just like he built the company.
Greenville is one of the fastest-growing and most desirable cities in the Southeast, with a booming economy, major new investments, and strong job growth. Its an affordable, family-friendly city with low crime, excellent schools, beautiful neighborhoods, and plenty of opportunities to build a great life.
Were looking for an experienced, customer-focused pro to join our service team. Youll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through repairs and maintenance while helping lead our advisors to hit key performance goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering top-tier service, this could be your spot.
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and recommend the right services
- Write clear repair orders, explain the costs, and get approval on the spot
- Follow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed
- Assist the Service Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team development
- Hit sales targets for maintenance packages, upsells, and customer satisfaction scores
- Build lasting relationships to turn one-time visitors into loyal clients
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years in automotive service advising or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with dealership management systems like Reynolds or CDK
- A positive attitude and natural leadership ability
- Infiniti or luxury brand experience is a plus
This is a full-time position with competitive base pay plus performance bonuses, great benefits, and real opportunities to grow.
