The Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790) is acquiring support services in the areas of production systems engineering, logistics, installation management, and integration/planning/requirements services for the architecture, integration, acquisition, and support of multiple shore and expeditionary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) programs. PMW 790's mission is to acquire, integrate, deliver, and support interoperable shore-based C4I capabilities for the warfighter. PMW 790's vision is to be the preeminent provider of integrated shore-based transformational Network Centric Warfare capabilities to the warfighter by providing assured connectivity between tactical forces and higher commands. The overarching goal is to ensure C4I systems programmed for installation on Navy ships have matching shore facilities of appropriate capacity to support Fleet deployments worldwide. Our goal is to migrate the shore sites and their terrestrial interconnections into a coherent, scalable, network-centric communications and multiplexing fabric designed to optimize functionality by effecting improvements that both satisfy current shortfalls and, wherever possible, provide the building blocks for future C4I architecture.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Jr. Program Management Analyst provides program, analytical and acquisition management assistance to senior executives, supports project tracking, resource allocation, and process improvement initiatives, and collaborates with geographically dispersed teams on the PMW 790 Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office Planning and Logistics Support Services contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level executives.
• Manage records, conduct business research analysis, and provide valuation strategies.
• Collaborate directly with the lead project manager to support schedule management, tracking and reporting of key project statuses and metrics, and maintenance of data integrity and databases.
• Analyzes and extracts critical mission data from databases to build and brief detailed reports for the government client.
• Reviews and identifies opportunities to process improve/automate business processes, SOPs, etc. for the team and client.
• Prepares multiple weekly deliverables to include tracking the status of current/future drawing developments to aid in ensuring tasks start on time and that various stakeholders are informed as the timeline progresses.
• Coordinates project status and actions with teams in different geographic locations.
• Prepares monthly reports to deliver status on all drawings under development for the contract to the government customer.
• Provides accurate and timely monthly inputs to the task tracking software employed by INDUS.
• Provides resource allocation information to the finance department on a biweekly basis.
• Coordinates and facilitates meetings, takes minutes, documents and distributes action items, and tracks action item progress.
• Performs various administrative tasks to include:
• Organizational chart development
• Workflow development
• Review/develop reports, briefs, standard operation procedures (SOPs), handbooks and manuals.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• HS Diploma required.
• At least one year of experience directly supporting a U.S. Navy program management office (PMO) or similar organization is required.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint software and able to build and alter briefs from conceptual inputs.
• Proficiency with MS Excel software (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat to include being able to edit, organize, change, create, and export PDF documents.
• Familiarity with MS Project scheduling a plus to analyze available labor resources and coordinate the charging outline to the task project coordinator.
• Knowledge of scheduling practices to include critical path scheduling, scope creep, slack time.
• Experience within NAVWAR System Center Command, Program Executive Office (PEO) Command Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) or related Department of Navy (DON) organization performing system engineering development, design, installation, testing analysis, and integration assignments.
• Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong time management skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in engineering or a related technical field is desired.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.

INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $70,304 - $80,000 per year. The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
