HVAC Service Sales Representative – 2 Openings

Location: Phoenix, AZ Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Uncapped Commission Open Positions: 2 Industry: Commercial HVAC

Position Overview

We are seeking two experienced HVAC Service Sales Representatives to join a growing team in the Phoenix market! This is a great opportunity for sales professionals with a background in commercial HVAC sales who want to grow their book of business, build strong customer relationships, and earn unlimited commission.

The ideal candidates will have proven HVAC sales experience, a strong understanding of commercial HVAC service, and the ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term client relationships. You'll be joining a great team with a collaborative culture and the support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for commercial HVAC service and maintenance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, facility managers, property managers, and building owners.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC service solutions.

• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and existing industry relationships.

• Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and sales presentations.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.

• Partner with service managers and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the company's commercial service business.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer accounts.

Requirements

• Previous HVAC sales experience required.

• Commercial HVAC experience required.

• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and customer needs.

• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing your own sales pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000–$90,000 base salary , depending on experience.
