Community Maintenance Technician

Avesta Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain the physical operations of our Gorham portfolio. The role covers routine, emergency, and preventative repairs to apartments and buildings, with a focus on safety, comfort, and resident satisfaction. You’ll perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting and light carpentry, manage work orders, and document activity using a company-issued phone.
