Armor Coffee Co. in Allen, TX is looking for one barista to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 190 E Stacy Rd #408. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, outgoing, detail-oriented, fun, and hard-working. Ideally you should love coffee as well... which is hard not to love!
WE DO REQUIRE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY!
Prior Barista / Service Industry work preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Smile and welcome customers when they enter the shop
- Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages
- Serve fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwiches
- Serve high quality craft beer and wines
- Provide 1 to 1 service to all customers; from hello to goodbye
- Follow Armor Coffee Co standards everyday
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Job Qualifications:
- Must be passionate about taking care of customers and making them happy
- Contribute daily to the Armor Coffee team
- Get to know, support, and care for your Armor Coffee family
- Enjoy working in a fun, yet demanding and fast paced environment
- To succeed, we feel you will need to have a great attitude and lots of energy.
