Senior Controller and FP&A

Your mission We in Etops are a very intensely cooperating team where every single person takes a complex responsibility for a client and/or projects from A-Z. As the Senior Controller and FP&A, you will be responsible for bringing hands‑on control, accuracy, and discipline to accounting, controlling, and reporting across a complex but relatively small Swiss sub‑group. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role that sits at the intersection of financial governance, performance management, and strategic decision support. Your role and responsibility In this position you will be responsible for: Overseeing accounting quality and financial data accuracy (Abacus GL system) Owning monthly reporting (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast), including variance analysis for the Group CFO Managing budgeting, rolling forecasts, and group consolidation across 4 entities within the group Preparing group‑level reporting for management and PE shareholders Supporting the implementation and improvement of consolidation and reporting tools (Lucanet) Managing liquidity planning, AR/AP, and inter‑company processes Coordinating with auditors and external advisors regarding payroll and tax topics Supporting M&A activities and post‑merger financial integration Striving for efficiency and process optimization within the finance area Direct reporting to the Group CFO Your experience and profile We are looking for: 5–7 years of experience in similar finance roles, ideally in a SaaS or fast‑growing business Experience with accounting, reporting, budgeting, and controlling activities Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage Experience with Abacus and/or Lucanet is highly preferred Someone based in Switzerland, with the ability to work on‑site in Cham, Zug Why us?
