We are seeking a Direct Sales Administrator to join our Diretct Sales team by managing daily order intake, scheduling installations, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and payroll processing. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales Representatives, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service, delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and validate daily orders from Sales Representatives
- Enter and schedule orders into the billing system
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and service updates
- Reschedule installation appointments as needed
- Monitor order progress through reports and systems to identify potential issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to upper management
- Evaluate customer interests and offer additional services or upgrades
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, service issues, products, and features
- Correct billing errors and discrepancies using the billing system
- High School Diploma or equivalent - required
- 1 year of customer service experience - preferred
