Nurturing Hearts Haven LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical personal care and support to clients throughout Richmond and surrounding Virginia communities.

Positions Available

• Personal Care Aides (PCAs)

• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Companion Caregivers

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments

Pay

$14.00–$17.00 per hour , based on experience, credentials, availability, and client assignment.

Bonuses are based on established eligibility requirements, performance standards, available programs, and agency policy. Bonuses are not guaranteed.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when required

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Provide medication reminders within the caregiver’s authorized scope

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and safety supervision

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands when assigned

• Follow the client’s plan of care

• Complete accurate visit documentation

• Clock in and out through the agency’s electronic visit verification system

• Immediately report changes in a client’s condition or safety concerns

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• PCA certificate, CNA license, or qualifying caregiving experience

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Current TB screening or ability to complete required screening

• Satisfactory criminal background check and sworn disclosure statement

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance when driving is required

• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, families, and agency staff

• Compassionate, respectful, patient, and committed to protecting client confidentiality
