HSE Compliance Specialist

Minimum of 7 years of working experience in HSE compliance required B.S. in Occupational Safety or Health related technical field OR Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred Maritime industry experience is a plus SKILLS In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements Ability to research, develop, revise, and implement policies, procedures and programs across multiple locations Ability to deliver company safety program trainings Effectively conducts field inspections, audits, and incident investigations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong technical writing and documentation ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly motivated and effective communicator with strong organizational skills Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to travel to multiple locations in MS & LA RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and monitor company safety programs across multiple locations Perform field assessments and audits to ensure safe working environment and adherence to company programs. Field assessments within the facilities typically make up 40% of the position’s role Ensure OSHA and other local, state, and federal regulatory compliance and achieve Company HSE goalsConduct incident investigations, analysis and corrective action implementation Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Use MS Office applications proficiently for various tasks WHY BOLLINGER?
