Senior Scientist

Role: Senior Scientist Leading the HTS-NGS team supporting oligonucleotide platform projects, with a focus on RNA editing therapeutics. Responsibilities Managing and mentoring a team performing in vitro biological screening, NGS-based characterization, and assay development Designing and optimizing molecular biology and NGS workflows Leading automation and technology integration for high-throughput capabilities Collaborating cross-functionally with Chemistry, Data Science, and Biology teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Requirements PhD (4+ years) or MSc (12+ years) in cell/molecular biology, genomics, with industry biotech/pharma experience. Hands‑on expertise in cell culture (96/384-well formats) and NGS (amplicon‑seq, RNA‑seq) including library prep, QC, and Illumina platforms. Experience with automation liquid handling systems (Viaflo, Tempest), LIMS (preferably Benchling), and QC instruments (Qubit, TapeStation). Strong communication skills and ability to lead complex projects in a dynamic environment are essential. Preferred Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) Additional experience with screening oligonucleotides.
