Clinical Director - Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Outpatient | 5286 Alexander Road Dublin, VA 24084 H2 Health is seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient team in Dublin, Virginia. Our team treats a diverse patient population with orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions. As Clinic Director, you'll play a key role in supporting clinicians, fostering a positive culture, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring patients receive individualized, evidence-based care that helps them return to the activities they enjoy most. Your Role: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions. Provide day-to-day leadership and support for clinic operations and team development. Mentor and support therapists and staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and clinical excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, patients, and community partners. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Work within a manageable caseload environment while balancing leadership responsibilities. Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
