Packaging - Picker Packer

Order Picking: Review daily wholesale sheets to pull correct quantities of baked goods and cookie/scone dough boxes from inventory storage or freezer racks. Packaging & Boxing: Assemble shipping cases, insert correct liners or labels, and place finished product securely into boxes to prevent transit damage. Palletizing: Stack and wrap packed boxes onto pallets neatly, ensuring product codes and labels face outward for easy scanning. Quality & Safety Control: Check products for standard appearance and weights, maintain a clean nut-free food-safe environment, and report inventory

Responsibilities

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
