Sales Support Specialist

Manage multiple requests using Salesforce and other internal Hilton systems Act as the dedicated follow-up for accounts, Hilton account owners, internal and external customers, and hotels Maintain inboxes supporting inquiries from hotels and clients Assist with enhancements to improve processes and increase productivity Provide coverage for the Sales work group during out-of-office situations and address customer, hotel, and account needs Review business demands daily and create action plans addressing opportunities within the Sales team Manage administrative and ad hoc projects Collaborate with internal and external customers to create documentation Participate in cross-training, team-building, peer-to-peer, and cross-team events Partner with LNR, Commercial, and Automation teams on Sales system improvement testing Participate in and help complete annual departmental objectives Maintain understanding of Hilton promotional program rules and goals Develop ideas to troubleshoot team stressors, improve work/life balance, and reduce wasted time or resources Requirements One (1) year of strong administrative and support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Experience within the travel and/or sales support industry Hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite in Addison, TX and two days working from home Experience with systems supporting Hilton's sales infrastructure, such as Salesforce or Cvent, is helpful Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel functions such as VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables, are useful Fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, is useful Core Competencies Demonstrates strong administrative support capabilities with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Effectively collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance processes and improve productivity within the sales support environment.
