- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Compliance with California OT regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and EMR documentation
- Ability to independently manage diverse caseloads
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Compassionate patient-centered care approach
- Commitment to continuous professional learning

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you will apply professional judgment and clinical expertise to evaluate and treat patients.
You will work across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings.
You will assess functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
Your goal will be to help patients improve their independence and quality of life.
