About the Role: We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Hostess to create a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing seating and reservations, and supporting the restaurant team to ensure excellent service.

As our Host / Hostess, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your Impact - You will play a key role in shaping each guest's experience by providing friendly, attentive service and creating a positive first impression from the moment they arrive.

You are the face of the hotel—creating first impressions and memorable guest moments. Your energy, attention to detail, and service mindset will directly shape the guest experience and bring our brand to life.

What You’ll Be Doing -

• Welcome and seat guests promptly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and answer guest inquiries by phone.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages from the coffee counter.
• Maintain dining room appearance and service standards.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables during busy periods.
• Maintain shift communication through daily log entries.
• Follow attendance, scheduling, safety, and company policies.
• Support restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Technical / Role-Specific Requirements

Guest Services:

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Micros) is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Education (Optional / Adjustable)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
