The Opportunity This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life‑changing products that provide accurate data to drive better‑informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. What You’ll Work On Manage ADC P2P Program and Speaker’s Bureau including strategy, content development, speaker training & onboarding, tradeshow management and operations. Develop content plan and speaker programs to support key business priorities and educational needs in collaboration with Clinical and Medical Affairs, Marketing, Field Training, and Sales stakeholders. Manage speaker training including new speaker onboarding, training on new programs and periodic in‑person training sessions. Manage tradeshow presence including execution of impactful national product theaters across endo, ped endo and PCP shows in coordination with key stakeholders. Identify standard best practices, including tracking and measurement of all programs, budget, content and evolving compliance requirements, and maintain a program dashboard and communicate trends to Sales Leadership on an ongoing basis. Contract speakers in coordination with Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) and maintain all Speaker contracts in ContractHub. Comply with global regulations and requirements, company policy, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Keep current on developments in the field, specifically on product/therapy knowledge, market, and industry trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4‑6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1‑3 years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications Product management experience in medical products or services preferred. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
